I was born in Los Alamos, NM, raised in Seattle, graduated from Shorecrest High School, went to college at The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and got a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from UC-Berkeley in Fall 2006; was a postdoc with Chris Greene’s group at JILA and the Physics Dept, CU-Boulder, doing atomic and molecular theory; now I’m back at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, as a staff scientist in the Atomic, Molecular, and Optical theory group, chemical sciences division, where I develop LBNL-AMO-MCTDHF.
